Choose HJ-MN2 from the finished pack backward

This folded wet wipes line joins the HJ-MN2 folding module to the HJ-PM70 automatic packer. The correct configuration depends on wipe material, unfolded and folded dimensions, fold pattern, count, liquid ratio, package size and label. Those decisions also reveal the actual line bottleneck.

Decision 2: match liquid addition to the material

The recorded liquid system supports immersion or spray according to the nonwoven. It lists a 2.5-4 times liquid-addition detection range, touch-screen weight setting, real-time tank-level detection and a 650 L hygienic-grade stainless-steel tank. The buyer should supply lotion properties and the target wet weight, because pump, wetting method and line speed must be accepted as one process.
