This full wet wipes production line is recorded as three connected responsibilities: HJ-WP12A converts large substrate rolls into dosed stacks, HJ-PM70 encloses those stacks in flexible packs, and HJ-LA75 applies lids. Comparing the modules prevents an important procurement mistake: a speed listed for one station is not automatically the stable output of the complete line.

The recorded ranges overlap, but that does not establish complete-line output. FAT must use one agreed 80-piece or other named stack, one pouch and one lid, then record good finished packs at the end of the line.
The folding module accepts spunlace and calender-bonded nonwoven at 35-80 g/m². Its maximum roll is W1200 mm by 1200 mm diameter; four 3-inch-core axes are described as splicing without stopping the machine. Recorded wipe size is L140-205 mm by W80-110 mm, with unfolded size L140-250 mm by W160-220 mm.
The source lists individual or constant drawing and a Z or small-Z fold. Fourteen independently cleanable liquid pipes, two 650 L hygienic-grade stainless-steel tanks, multi-axis servo control and independently servo-controlled stacking define the main process controls.
HJ-PM70 records PET/PE, BOPP and PET/AL/PE heat-sealing materials. Its pack range is L140-350 mm, W80-120 mm and H10-90 mm; the opening is recorded as L40 x W20 mm and customizable. Transparent and non-transparent labels are listed. Film and label rolls are described as auto-splicing without stopping, while the controller uses EtherCAT communication and full-servo drive.
Confirm film construction, roll/core data, print and label marks, seal test, opening position, restart behavior and rejection. The source records 15 kW, air at 0.6-0.8 MPa and 150 L/min, and about 2000 kg.
HJ-LA75 records lid sizes of L50-120 mm, W50-100 mm and H5-10 mm, plus label sizes of L30-100 mm by W30-100 mm. The system uses camera monitoring for label location while a robot performs lid suction, gluing and placement. Two label feeders are described for automatic change when one is exhausted, and four lid-storage devices support preset gluing methods for different lid shapes.
The lidding module is recorded at a maximum 75 pcs/min depending on lid shape, with 10 kW power, air at 0.6-0.8 MPa and 150 L/min, and about 1500 kg. These conditions should be tested with the actual lid, adhesive and finished pouch surface.

Both widths are preserved as source records but are anomalous and must not be used for civil work. Signed general-arrangement drawings should confirm the intended dimensions, service aisles, operator sides, accumulation and transfer elevations before the contract and FAT plan are closed.
HAINA can then discuss the project as a line with measured interfaces instead of three machines whose individual brochure rates happen to be similar.
Not by default. HJ-WP12A is recorded at 50-60 bags/min for 80 pieces, HJ-PM70 at 50-75 bags/min and HJ-LA75 at a lid-dependent maximum of 75 pcs/min. The agreed finished pack controls FAT.
The saved ranges allow multiple formats, but tooling, film, opening, lid, label and adhesive must be checked together before configuration.
Use only signed drawings. The recorded 13000 mm widths for the packaging and lidding modules are flagged for confirmation and were not silently changed here.
A full-line purchase is strongest when each module has a clear job and every interface has a witnessable acceptance condition. That approach protects product quality, layout planning and later changeovers.
